- This book reviews a large number of lexical research methods, and puts forward some practical suggestions on how to carry out the study of the validity and reliability of the native language and the two language vocabulary. Four parts of the book. In the first part, the author reviews the previous studies and presents some key issues that must be considered in the design of vocabulary research. The second part discusses the basis of vocabulary research, such as the factors that should be included in the study of vocabulary. At the same time, this part also discusses a typical phenomenon that the research should pay attention to. The third part discusses the implementation details of the research, such as research methods and the selection of the research object, the interpretation of the results of the study, and the report of the study, and the detailed elaboration of how to measure the vocabulary. The last part of the paper introduces a lot of vocabulary research resources, research tools, corpus, vocabulary, website, literature and the research area of the heavyweight representatives and so on.
